Without Arturo it is safe to say that Tres Sabores would not exist. One can’t even begin to chart his roles and responsibilities here. He’s our Farmaster, to begin with. Then, from the Vineyard to the garden to building our signature picnic tables—Arturo simply does it all. “No problem” has been his mantra here at the ranch since 2001—our first crush at Tres Sabores. Truly, that our name is in Spanish is in part meant to be in homage to Arturo, his colleagues and his ancestors from Oaxaca who have long been stewards of this valley’s land and vines.
