Sonoma Mountain (Farina Vineyard). A highly unusual Sauvignon from a highly unusual site: grown on a gentle hillside at 600 ft with a northeastern view. The aromatics are really lovely while the flavors are melt-in-your-mouth supple with a citrus zest thanks to fermentation and aging in “previously inspired” puncheons. Following an initial offering in 2005, we were fortunate enough to source more fruit in 2006. (Sustainably grown). |
