Dinner with Julie in Traverse City

Join Julie in Traverse City, Michigan at Forrest, A Food Studio! This special evening will feature a five course menu paired with Tres Sabores wines.
Menu:
Focaccia – garlic butter
Tuna Crudo – crispy polenta, celeriac remoulade, preserved lemon
Potato Gnocchi – chicken velouté, pine nut, pea shoot, maitake mushroom
Guinea Hen Coq Au Vin – bacon wrapped, mushroom pâté, pomegranate jus
Braised Beef Short Rib – parsnip, apple, braised cabbage
Gâteau Basque – vanilla pastry cream, wine soaked currants, chocolate
Dinner will last approximately 2.5 hours, from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.
The event cost is $160 per person, includes dinner and wine pairing. Price per person does not include tax or gratuity. Participants must be age 21 or over.
