Harvest Immersion & Lunch with Julie

Join us for a deep dive into the Tres Sabores harvest working side by side with winemaker & owner, Julie and her team,  in the vineyard and on the crush pad.  We’ll be well into harvest by mid-September, so it will be the perfect time to learn about how a small winery brings it!  Learn about the entire range of grape varietals we make wine from, including the vineyards ranging from the Napa Valley to the Sierra Foothills, and deepen your appreciation for “terroir” and “taste”.    This is a hands-on experience, so dress for the vineyard (no white linen suits, please 😉)   We may be harvesting, sorting, pressing, punching-down bins, testing Brix, starting up fermentations, sampling, or, all of the above, so bring your energy, curiosity, and quest for fun!  

Just about the time we’re all really hungry (and ready for a tasty glass of wine, or two) we’ll sit down together to enjoy a family-style lunch prepared by local private chef , Brooke’s Table, https://www.brookes-table.com/about-me.  ( We’re really excited to see what Brooke brings to the table–she’s received some real celebrity press recently!)   We’ll relax under the cooling canopy of the heritage olive grove:  the perfect space to try current and library releases of our wines and meet some fun people.
